During my years at CompuLink, I worked directly with HUD’s Customer Service, Loss Mitigation, Compliance, and Payoff departments, gaining firsthand knowledge of how HECM loans are managed from start to finish. That experience now helps me communicate effectively with servicers, simplify complex cases, and move transactions forward with far less stress for families.
